CaveFit is a functional fitness gym and wellness studio with expert coaching at its core. Training is built around seven foundational movements — squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge, rotate and carry — delivered through coached strength work, conditioning and performance-focused machines.

The studio also offers yoga, mat pilates and recovery sessions, alongside HYROX-specific training as an official HYROX Training Club. Coaches have competed at Team GB level and coached professional sport, bringing elite-level expertise to every session. Facilities include lockers, showers, towel service, Ishga products and Dyson hairdryers.
