Celtic CrossFit is one of Wales's first CrossFit gyms, established in 2010 as affiliate number 210. Based in Newport, this fun, friendly and sociable gym welcomes all fitness levels, with every session scaled to the individual.
The community-driven box offers a wide range of classes including CrossFit, Conditioning, Weightlifting, Sweatfest, Swole Saturday and a Pre-Teens programme for ages 8–12.
