Central Pole Dance is one of Scotland's most established and long-standing pole studios, with over a decade of experience. Set in a spacious, mood-lit studio equipped with 4.7-metre X-Poles, it offers a supportive, judgment-free environment focused on empowerment, body confidence, and community.
With over 20 years of combined teaching experience across its instructors, the studio welcomes everyone from complete beginners to experienced dancers, celebrating every body and every journey.
