Central Staffs CrossFit is Stafford's leading fitness facility, located near Victoria Park and Stafford Train Station. The gym offers two dynamic class spaces with expert coaching every session, covering CrossFit, group training, personal training, kids and teen programmes, sports performance, and small group personal training.

Classes run 60 minutes and include a warm-up, main workout, and cool down. The coaching team are full-time professionals focused on strength-based conditioning, technique, and a zero-intimidation environment suitable for all levels.
