CG Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio based in Cheshire, run by qualified instructor Claire Godwin. Inspired by her own recovery from a serious riding accident, Claire offers a warm, person-centred approach to Pilates suitable for all ages, abilities and injuries.
The studio provides group MAT classes, private 1:1/2:1/3:1 sessions, and Reformer Pilates, with a strong focus on individual attention even in group settings. Classes are held at Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre (Units 7 & 11), with corporate and home-visit sessions also available.
