Chamber Gym is a community-driven boutique gym in Northampton's Riverside area, offering a welcoming environment that combines traditional strength and cardio training with a modern approach to fitness.
The gym runs a wide range of group classes — including Engine, HYROX, Pilates, Rocket Yoga, Elevate, Lift sessions, Run Club and Future Athletes — alongside open gym access and personal training. Founded and led by James Stride, a qualified PT and British Army veteran, Chamber prides itself on mental and physical wellbeing, strong community spirit, and a coffee shop on site.
