ChargedUp.Mvmt was founded by Tatiana Ashiao in 2021 as a movement built around how you feel in your body. Blending dance, fitness, flexibility, Pilates, and mobility, it focuses on developing strength, control, flexibility, and confidence.

Every class, session, and programme is designed to be effective, enjoyable, and sustainable — creating a space where you feel challenged, supported, and part of something bigger.
