Cheshire Yoga is a dedicated Iyengar yoga studio in Bowdon, Altrincham, born from 21 years of friendship between co-founders Jill and Andrea. The 1,000 sq ft purpose-built studio features an engineered wood floor, a rope wall, eco-friendly equipment, and a state-of-the-art heating and cooling system.

Classes are offered at all levels — from Foundation/Beginners through to Intermediate — as well as specialist sessions including Easy & Gentle, Men Only, Yoga for Cyclists & Sports, and Restorative Yoga workshops. Jill is a Senior 3-level qualified Iyengar teacher and Yoga Therapist, while Andrea is a Level 2 qualified teacher.
