Chiltern Sauna

Chiltern Sauna Circle is a wood-fired outdoor sauna tucked into Penn Meadow Farm, a working farm and campsite in the Chilterns just outside Beaconsfield.

Founded by Anna, the circle offers community sessions where guests share the heat with fellow bathers, private sauna celebrations for up to ten people, and special events including breathwork, yoga, leaf whisking and scent infusions.

The ritual is simple — get warm, cool down, rest, repeat — set amid open fields, alpacas, and countryside that starts the work before you've even stepped inside. Beginners are warmly welcomed and guided through the experience.
