Led by Christopher Handbury — a Qigong author and instructor with over 22 years of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine — the school offers public classes, private 1:1 tuition, online sessions, and CIMSPA-endorsed instructor training.

Classes run at Stonehouse Community Centre on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and cover Ba Duan Jin Qigong, Zhan Zhuang, fascia conditioning, 5 Element Theory, self-massage, and Traditional Chinese Medicine nutrition. Students range from 20 to 80+, and the practice is welcomed as a gentle, holistic approach to physical and emotional health.
