City of Newport Gymnastics Academy (CNGA) is a friendly, athlete-centred, not-for-profit gymnastics academy registered with Welsh Gymnastics, specialising in Women's Artistic Gymnastics. Based in Newport, Gwent, the academy welcomes girls from age 4 (in full-time education) through to Year 11, offering beginner, improver and competitive squads.
Facilities include a world-class competition sprung floor and a full suite of Olympic apparatus — vault table, asymmetric bars, balance beam and floor exercise. With approximately 300 members each year and a team of 5 qualified coaches, CNGA also runs a Gymnastics-For-All programme and regularly hosts South East Wales and National Finals competitions.
The academy motto is 'Participate, Enjoy, Achieve'.
