Citypark Fitness is Glasgow's leading independent gym and wellness studio, built around three pillars: Lift, Shift and Recover. The gym features a main floor with cardio machines, free weights, fixed and plate-loaded resistance machines, and Olympic lifting platforms, plus four private studios.

Offerings include a female-only Group PT programme with over 30 sessions per week, 1-2-1 personal training, Hyrox-inspired Shift classes, and Yoga & Mat Pilates Recover sessions.
