Claria Yoga is a gentle yoga and mindfulness meditation practice led by Claire Martin Luxton, offered online via Zoom and in-person at a private studio in Amoreira, Óbidos, Portugal. Drawing on Functional and Adaptive Yoga, Restorative, Yin and gentle movement practices, Claire helps clients release stress, ease physical discomfort, and regulate their nervous system.
