Go Gym Greystones is the original location of Go Gym Ireland, opened in April 2013, and part of a three-gym brand alongside Limerick and Ashbourne. Spread across more than 25,000 square feet, it offers over 40 pieces of cardio equipment, Life Fitness weight machines, dumbbells up to 25kg, three squat racks and an astroturf functional area.

There is a ladies-only gym, plus a spa area with saunas, a steam room and a hot tub. Serious lifters can step up to the Elite Gym, which has dumbbells up to 60kg, Hammer Strength and Strive plate-loaded machines, Magnum selectorised machines and four Olympic lifting platforms.

A timetable of group classes runs throughout the week, including boxing, spin, circuits, pump, bodyburn, yoga and TRX & kettlebells. Guest passes are available for those who want to try it first.
