Pura Vida Fitness Over 40's is a private, fully equipped personal training studio in Charlesland, Greystones, specialising in one-to-one training for people over 40. The BSc-qualified team, with over 45 years of combined experience, combines personal training with life coaching and nutrition guidance.

New clients start with a three-session assessment covering lifestyle, nutrition and body analysis before a tailored programme is designed. Sessions run 30 minutes, with a pre-planned warm-up to complete beforehand, and the studio also offers online personal training and family fitness sessions.

Complementary group activities include injury rehab, indoor cycling, yoga, outdoor hiking and healthy retreats. The space has an indoor/outdoor training area, natural air and light, showers and free parking, and the ethos is to work hard, eat clean and be consistent. PT sessions run 6am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, with online booking.
