Greystones Community Rowing

Greystones Community Rowing is a group indoor rowing fitness programme founded by certified rowing coach and fitness trainer Mike Creamer. One-hour classes combine full-body rowing on Concept2 RowErgs with bodyweight exercise and stretching for a low-impact, challenging workout with measurable results.

Class sizes are limited so every member gets personal attention on technique and timing, and sessions suit all ages and fitness levels. Classes run mornings, evenings and Saturdays in Greystones, with additional sessions at the Mountainview studio in Kilmacanogue. Newcomers can start with a Learn to Row class and a 10-class intro offer, then book into classes through the app.
