The Classical Pilates Academy, operated by VIPilates at their Classical Studio in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, offers authentic Classical Pilates classes and professional teacher training.
The academy delivers a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training programme written and certified by Kirk James Smith, a second-generation teacher trained in the lineage of Joseph Pilates and Romana Kryzanowska. Classes include private one-to-one sessions, duets, Tower Reformer group classes, Classical Mat group classes, and online Pilates via Zoom.
The academy also offers Level 3 qualifications, workshops, and events, all taught by teacher trainer Sarah Janes on classical Gratz apparatus.
