Classical Pilates Sligo

Classical Pilates Sligo is a client-centred practice offering private one-to-one Pilates instruction on traditional spring-based Pilates apparatus, including the reformer.

Led by owner and instructor Noirin McCarthy, who is certified by Romana Kryzanowska and has taught professionally since 2004, sessions are tailored to each client's goals, needs and any injuries or limitations.

Training draws on classical Pilates plus Noirin's background in structural integration, anatomy and strength conditioning, with a focus on building confidence, body awareness and independence both in and out of the studio. The studio is located at The Old Mill, Union Street, Sligo.
