Sligo Pilates Healthy Balance

Sligo Pilates is a Pilates and yoga studio in Sligo town, run by Catriona and Oliver and based at Healthy Balance Studio on Stephen Street. Catriona has taught Pilates in Sligo since 2002, and Oliver has taught for over 15 years. Together they offer beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates, Yogalates, yoga and outdoor fitness classes.

Term-based courses of around 9 to 10 weeks run at the Sligo studio and at community venues in Ballymote, Boyle, Riverstown and Ballinafad, plus live Zoom classes from home. One-to-one and small-group Pilates personal training is available, as are neuromuscular therapy and fascia manipulation sessions with Oliver.

The studio also runs corporate sessions, gift vouchers and seasonal retreats, including one on Trinity Island, Lough Key. Both teachers bring personal injury-recovery stories to their teaching, and they emphasise posture, core strength, breath and mind-body wellbeing in a supportive setting for all levels.
