The Pilates Place is a boutique classical Pilates studio on Main Street in Ballisodare, Co. Sligo, a few minutes from Sligo town. Founded by classical Pilates teacher Sarah Timlin, it offers intentionally small group classes and private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions on a full set of classical apparatus: Reformer, Tower, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair and Mat.

Classes follow the classical repertoire and order and are structured across four levels, from Foundation to Advanced, so beginners and experienced clients can progress at their own pace with personal attention and precise corrections. Prenatal and postnatal blocks are also available. Booking is through an online timetable, and grip socks are compulsory.
