Cobbydale Forge is a community-driven gym and fitness studio based in Silsden, West Yorkshire. Set in a modern facility at Canal Works on Elliott Street, it offers open gym access alongside a wide range of group classes including Forge Fit (functional fitness), Bootcamp, Ride (indoor cycling), Forge Fury (martial arts-inspired HIIT), Strong (strongman training), and more.
The gym also offers specialist programmes such as Forge Physique (a 10-week transformation programme), physiotherapy, InBody body composition scanning, and an in-house personal trainer education programme called Forg-Ed. With a strong community ethos, the gym caters to all abilities and ages, including junior memberships and kids' boxing.
