Coconut Wellness Studios is a classical Pilates studio set within the grounds of Thorpe Estate, Tamworth. Teaching the full classical method in direct lineage from Joseph Pilates, the studio's highly credentialed team includes a former Royal Ballet dancer, a biomechanics and equine Pilates specialist, and post-partum qualified teachers.
Classes span the full apparatus — Mat, Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and Barre — offered as group classes, private sessions, duets, and online 1:1 sessions. Specialist workshops in classical Pilates, equine Pilates, perimenopause, and CPD for movement professionals are also available. A second location is opening at Old Hagg Farm, Lincoln.
