Colchester Fitness Centre is an all-encompassing health and fitness facility offering expertly coached CrossFit classes under the CrossFit DireWolf affiliate, British federation weightlifting through Essex Weightlifting Club, bootcamp sessions, physiotherapy, and sports massage.

With morning, afternoon, and evening sessions, the centre welcomes complete beginners through to competitive athletes in a supportive, community-focused environment. A free trial is available for new members.
