Commit Lifestyle Coaching is a personal training and lifestyle coaching gym based in Derrymacash, near Craigavon, founded by Jonathan — a sport & exercise science graduate with a passion for helping people reach their full potential. Starting from a garage, the business has grown into a purpose-built gym with state-of-the-art equipment.

Jonathan has worked with professional footballers, elite GAA players, marathon runners, ballet dancers, and individuals with aesthetic or health-based goals, transforming 100+ clients. The gym offers in-person one-to-one coaching, hybrid coaching (combining in-person and online support), and fully online coaching for clients across the UK and Ireland.
