Loddon Community Gym is a not-for-profit, well-equipped community gym located in the heart of Loddon, Norfolk, welcoming members aged 16 to 90+ from Loddon, Chedgrave and the surrounding areas.
Operating from The Library Annexe, the gym offers a relaxed and friendly environment with no pressure, a wide range of cardio and resistance equipment, and personalised programmes designed by experienced instructor Louise. A weekly chair-based exercise class is also available for those with limited mobility.
