Compass North is a children's and teens' fitness programme based in Newry, Northern Ireland. Founded by a former teacher and mother, the company pioneers the GPS (General Physical Skills) programme, which develops balance, coordination, strength, speed, agility and endurance through functional movements, calisthenics, gymnastics-inspired exercises and familiar games.
