Connect Studio is a boutique fitness sanctuary in the heart of Chelsea, London. The studio offers personal training sessions with a hand-picked team of expert trainers, as well as Aerial Yoga classes — semi-private sessions with a maximum of four yogis, combining traditional yoga poses with soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling.
