Cookstown Swimming Club (CSC) is a competitive swimming club based at Cookstown Leisure Centre, welcoming swimmers of all ages and abilities. The club offers three training squads — Progression, Development, and Performance — following the Swim Ireland Long Term Athlete Development Plan.

Members compete in local and national events including the Aquasprint Junior League and the Provincial Towns League.
