Core Gym Oswestry is a well-established fitness facility based on Maesbury Road Industrial Estate, serving the Oswestry community since 2017. The gym features state-of-the-art equipment — including bespoke free weights manufactured by its sister company Core Gym Equipment — duplicate weight sets, specialised machines, and separate functional and cardio areas.
Trained staff are always on hand, and members benefit from free inductions, free 12-week programmes, private shower rooms, and key fob secure access. Classes include Circuits, HIIT, Female-Only Circuits, Strength, Endurance, Rox (Hyrox-style) and Pilates, with a dedicated app for easy booking.
