Core Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) dojo set in a private, semi-rural residence in Higham, Rochester, offering an exclusive and intimate environment to learn BJJ. The studio focuses on teaching fundamental concepts and core skills — from white belt to black belt — in a small, personable and inclusive community.
