Cotswold Sauna Club is bringing authentic sauna culture to Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. Founded by sauna enthusiasts inspired by European traditions, the club is creating a dedicated sauna space featuring real hot-stone saunas, ice baths, cold plunge pools, and traditional Aufguss ceremonies.
Still in the early stages of development, the founders are gathering community input to shape Cheltenham's premier authentic sauna and cold plunge experience — a tranquil, restorative environment built around genuine heat, social relaxation, and connection.
