Crayford Weights & Fitness is one of the UK's largest independent gyms, founded as a family gym in November 2010. It is one of only two IFBB-approved gyms in the UK and is directed by IFBB Pro League Judge Paul Knight.

The gym offers over 300 pieces of specialist equipment from leading brands including Hammer Strength, Cybex, Nautilus, Precore, Atlantis and Life Fitness — some available exclusively at Crayford. Facilities include a dedicated spin room with Keiser bikes, a 400 sq ft studio for classes, dance and posing, resident physios, an on-site kitchen, saunas, sun-beds and showers.

Classes include Pole Fitness, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Step and Pump. A treatment room is also available for hire.
