Creative Calm is an independent yoga studio and therapy space in the heart of Prestwich, Manchester. Founded in 2017 by two yoga teachers, the studio offers yoga classes for all abilities and life stages, holistic therapies and treatments, kids and family yoga, pregnancy and birth classes, a kids yoga holiday club, and an accredited Teacher Training Academy.

Therapy rooms opened in October 2024, offering massage, reflexology, counselling, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and Reiki. The studio operates on a community-first ethos, supporting self-employed teachers and therapists under one roof.
