Flex Yoga Manchester is a friendly yoga studio run by a fully qualified PT and Pilates teacher, offering hatha, vinyasa, yin, menopause, pregnancy and post-natal yoga, plus meditation, breathwork and nutrition guidance. Classes run for all levels — adults, kids, babies and toddlers — as well as 1-2-1 sessions and corporate yoga.
