CrossFit 1298 is Falkirk's only CrossFit affiliate box, established for over 9 years. The community-driven gym offers constantly varied, high-intensity functional fitness for all levels, with fully scalable workouts. Classes include CrossFit, Gymnastics, Endurance, CrossFit Kids & Teens, Ladies That Lift, and Buggies 2 Barbells.
Coaches hold qualifications in gymnastics, powerlifting, strongman, nutrition, and pre/post natal training. Programming is powered by PRVN.
