CrossFit 57 North is Inverness's only CrossFit affiliate, a functional fitness gym set in the Highland capital welcoming members of all ages and fitness levels. All coaches hold at least a CrossFit Level 1 qualification, with head coach Donald Beaton certified to CF-L3.
The gym offers CrossFit classes for adults, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Teens, and a Thursday evening Yoga session. Every workout can be scaled and adapted to suit the individual, with an emphasis on safety, proper mechanics, and a supportive, inclusive community.
