CrossFit Aberdeen (CFA) is an established CrossFit box founded in 2011, located in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Led by one of the most experienced coaching teams in the country — including multiple CF-L3 and CF-L2 certified trainers — CFA offers CrossFit classes for all levels, a dedicated Kids & Teens programme, a specialist 'Fit for Life' class for over-50s, and a Coach Development Programme.

The gym recently moved to a bigger space with better equipment, while keeping the same tight-knit community and commitment to excellence. New members begin with a Fundamentals course covering core movements before joining regular classes. CFA also participates in HYROX events and has its own online shop.
