CrossFit® Astraea

CrossFit Astraea is a recognised CrossFit affiliate box based in the East End of Glasgow, Dalmarnock. Born out of the pandemic, the gym grew from humble beginnings — small classes in a 1,000 sq ft room with kettlebells and medicine balls — into a state-of-the-art facility with tailored programming designed to forge elite fitness.

Coached group WOD sessions are capped in size to ensure individual attention, and every workout can be scaled to suit all abilities. New members start with a compulsory Fundamentals Course to learn the CrossFit philosophy, movements and class format. The community is welcoming and inclusive, with no one left behind regardless of where they are on their fitness journey.
