CrossFit Bath is Bath's oldest independent functional fitness gym, operating for nearly 20 years from the Old Track in Oldfield Park — five minutes from the station. Every 60-minute class is fully coached, covering warm-up, movement prep, strength or skill work, a Workout of the Day, and cool-down, all scaled to your level.

Programmes include CrossFit, HYROX Training, CrossFit Legends, and MumFit, welcoming members aged 16 to 75. The community-first approach means coaches know your name, accountability is real, and nobody gets left behind.
