CrossFit Braintree is a community-driven CrossFit box founded in 2013, based in Braintree, Essex. All classes are coach-led, fully scalable to every fitness level, and follow a constantly varied program of functional movements.
The gym offers CrossFit sessions, Hyrox training (Braintree's only official Hyrox-affiliated gym), CrossFit Kids & Teens classes, Open Gym, Small Group PT, Personal Training, Pelvic Health services for both women and men, and in-house LFG Games competitions. The friendly, supportive community ethos is central to everything they do.
