Deviant Strength & Conditioning is a 5,000 sq. ft. community-based CrossFit and functional fitness gym established in 2013 in Derby. The gym offers Hybrid, Ath X, CrossFit and functional fitness training through coach-led group sessions, specialist classes including weightlifting, calisthenics, and fundamentals, as well as open gym access.

There are also kids' and youth fitness programmes for ages 3–15. The facility features a dedicated sports therapy room, an on-site pro shop (Deviant Supplies Co.) stocking coffee, protein shakes, supplements and merchandise, and free parking.

Open seven days a week, Deviant prides itself on a strong, supportive community that participates in social events, a run club, and local and national competitions.
