CrossFit Eccentric is a 15-year CrossFit affiliate in Downpatrick built on a foundation of coaching, quality, and commitment. Every session is structured, every movement is coached, and every member is supported — whether you're just starting out or looking to push your performance further.

Programmes include CrossFit, Hybrid (engine/endurance), Barbell (strength), Personal Training, and the upcoming XNTRC Teens class.
