CrossFit Habitat is a CrossFit box and fitness community based in Carterton/Witney, West Oxfordshire. The gym offers CrossFit classes for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced athletes — with fully coached sessions covering weightlifting, gymnastics, bodyweight movements and cardio.
Additional offerings include CrossFit Kids, HYROX training (as an official HYROX Training Club), Olympic weightlifting, personal training and sports massage. All workouts are scalable to suit any fitness level, and new members are encouraged to start with a free taster class or a 1-1 Fundamentals session.
