CrossFit House of Wolves is Livingston's only CrossFit affiliate, located in Kirkton. The gym offers a welcoming and supportive community for all fitness levels, with expert coaches guiding members through energetic workouts. Classes include CrossFit WoD (daily workout of the day), HYROX, Gymnastics Skills, Barbell Club, Engine, and Run Club, as well as Open Gym sessions.

Saturday CrossFit WoDs are partner workouts — a community staple. New members can try a free taster class in either CrossFit or HYROX.
