CrossFit Hull & Humber is Hull's largest functional fitness gym and the city's only CrossFit and HYROX affiliated facility, operating across two locations in East and West Hull.
Founded by coaches Liam and Pete — friends since their school rugby days — the gym offers a wide range of programmes including CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, HYROX, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Teens, and Nutrition coaching. Known for its welcoming, community-driven atmosphere, the box caters to all fitness levels and also supports members exercising during pregnancy.
