Established in 2015, CrossFit Hungerford is a world-class CrossFit box based in the heart of Berkshire. Owned and operated by Miccy, Simon and Danny — long-term CrossFit practitioners themselves — the gym offers high-quality coaching in a community-driven atmosphere focused on genuine functional fitness.
There are no gimmicks or machines; instead members lift, run, push, pull, row, climb, swing and skip using varied equipment. All workouts are fully scalable, welcoming everyone from elite athletes to complete beginners.
New members start with a tailored one-to-one introduction course, and the experienced coaching team is passionate about helping every athlete reach their personal goals.
