CrossFit ISCA is Exeter's only 24/7 CrossFit gym, located in Marsh Barton. Founded by former professional rugby player Dan Mugford, the box offers group CrossFit classes, Hyrox training, weightlifting, one-to-one coaching, and open gym access around the clock.
The community-driven gym is inclusive to all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels, with every class scaled to the individual. On-site extras include a sports massage therapist and the ISCA Café serving coffee, smoothies and snacks.
