CrossFit Llanelli is Llanelli's first and only affiliated CrossFit gym, based in a unit behind Trostre retail park. With no mirrors and no egos, the gym features barbells, a rig, dumbbells, kettlebells, bikes and rowers. It is a tight-knit community of around a hundred members, with all classes instructor-led by coaches who follow the programme themselves.

The team also offers Kids & Teens CrossFit and weightlifting coaching.
