CrossFit Luton is a group and personal training gym based on Langley Industrial Estate in Luton, offering constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. Classes draw on gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more, and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Alongside CrossFit, the gym runs Hyrox, Olympic weightlifting, strength training, a beginners course, CrossFit Kids (ages 7–13), a run club, gymnastics club and open gym sessions. Expert coaching is provided by a team of qualified coaches in a motivating community environment. Additional services include personal training, sports massage and space hire.
