CrossFit MTS is Edinburgh's first, most central and friendliest CrossFit gym, located in the heart of the city. The gym offers constantly varied, high-intensity functional fitness classes combining weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and more. All workouts are scalable to suit all fitness levels, ages and abilities, and are led by passionate, highly qualified coaches.
